Proposal Abstract

Create a multi-stream experience so that people can watch content together across places and devices. Also to build an interactive social app that creates a “digital living room” experience.

Problems

Creating a virtual living space can be challenging for users, particularly when the navigation is unclear or confusing.

It is challenging for users to go directly to the main feature from the home screen, causing navigation difficulties.

The star rating system is no longer relevant in terms of user interaction and needs to be updated.

HMW Statement

  • How do we get users to understand the connection between the extension & the mobile app quickly?

  • How do we improve search/contextual search in our app?

  • How do we get the users to interact with each other within the app?

User Interview Feedback

“All buttons should look the same - same teal color to signal its clickable.”

“Make all the fonts bigger across the app (mainly for the normal text font).”

“The prompt card: has people thinking they are going to a kickback flow and instead it takes them to the add friends page - what's next?.”

Design System
